How Users Provide Consent:
Users must explicitly opt-in to receive SMS communications. This is achieved through the following process:
- Web Form Consent: Users provide their phone number via an online form and actively select an unchecked checkbox confirming their consent.
- Checkbox Consent Statement:
- “By submitting this form, I consent to receive communications via SMS, phone calls, and emails from Treeside LLC dba Treeside Financial regarding my mortgage inquiry and application between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. local time. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance. [Link to Privacy Policy] We do not sell or share personal information. Consent is not a condition of purchase. NMLS #138594.”
- Double Opt-In Confirmation: Upon form submission, users receive a confirmation SMS:
- “Thank you for opting in to receive updates from Treeside Financial regarding your mortgage inquiry. Reply YES to confirm. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for assistance.”
- Only users who reply YES will be officially enrolled in our messaging system.

- Email: Click the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any email.
- Phone Calls: Inform the caller that you wish to opt out.
- Opt-out requests are processed immediately, and users will receive a confirmation of successful removal.
